sailing skills come in handy

 


On a sailboat, you use pieces of cloth very much like this one to keep you in your bunk when seas are rough. They're called leecloths. Normally, mr. t sleeps between Douglas and I, so can't roll out of the bed and bonk his wee noggin on the floor. Douglas is in SF at a conference this week, though, and I had to improvise. So tonight the leecloth will keep him in.

jolly jumping



He got the hang of this pretty quickly. Within 10 min he was timing his feet to amplify his jumps. It always makes him laugh like a maniac. 8)
